Here is a quick tasty Beef Wellington that looks like it should take longer to make for such a  hearty meal that you would pay a pretty penny for in a restaurant!

Prep Time:  10 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Serves: 2

Beef Wellington Ingredients

  • Pack of puff pastry
  • 2 thick cut steak
  • 100g Mushrooms
  • Pot of chicken pate
  • Some fresh thyme
  • 300g new potatoes
  • 1 broccoli
  • 100g French beans
  • 100g baby carrots

Beef Wellington Dinner

Beef Wellington Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook mushrooms and thyme in olive oil for about 5 mins
  2. Rub steak with chicken pate.
  3. Roll pastry and spread mushroom and thyme onto it
  4. Place steak and wrap pinch.
  5. Coat with egg.
  6. Oven 18oc until brown. About 20 mins
  7. Boil or steam veg.
  8. Crush potatoes and roast.
