Did you know that we also make curved units? If you’re looking to soften a run of units then there is no better way of doing this than with a curved unit. If you are choosing a solid surface like quartz then the worktop can follow the smooth contours of your base units, giving the run a stylish and elegant finish.
A question we were recently asked was, “On your website there is a picture of a Linwood kitchen. In the picture there is a tall curved unit on the end next to a large American fridge. Where is it on your website and what door ranges is it available in?”
Well, we only supply 2120 tall curved units in the Malton, Clayton and Linwood ranges, see the Linwood Shaker kitchen example below.
To find this unit on our website, you need the curved tall unit with code (CLU30) . This unit is only 300mm deep though. In order for this unit to fit correctly, you will need a 260mm deep larder unit (LUR26-1-30) to sit behind it, to create the full depth of 560mm. See diagram below.
Do I need 2 units to create a curved base corner as well?
Yes, the unit configuration for the curved base units works in exactly the same way. 1 curved base unit (CBU30) is required at the front and a 260mm deep base unit (FDR26-30) is required behind it, so that the full depth of 560mm is achieved.
The diagram below shows the units required with the corresponding product codes as well.

Hi, just planning our kitchen and we would like a curve corner unit but my husband isn’t sure how we would curve the solid oak worktop to match, any advise please.
December 7, 2024 at 8:18 pmHi Michelle, this is something your kitchen fitter would need to do with some specialised tools such as a worktop jig and a router.
December 9, 2024 at 6:46 amHi, Could you do a unit that is on wheels and it becomes a butcher’s block but much nicer… with your rounded units?
September 21, 2021 at 4:32 pmHi, we do not make any units on wheels i’m afraid.
September 22, 2021 at 6:40 amHi can you get tall or small curved units for the Luca gloss kitchen? Also is their a bespoke service for sizing of doors, And or units ? as we have a staircase support in one corner of our kitchen so a bespoke door is required here . Many thanks .
April 3, 2020 at 6:26 amHi Tony, curved base units for the Luca Gloss range can be seen here.
Curved wall units can be seen here.
I’m afraid the only doors that we sell are on the site. They are only available in set sizes. Some units can be adjusted, if you contact our sales team here, then they will be able to tell you what is possible.
April 3, 2020 at 8:08 amHi, in the picture above with LUR26-1-30 and CLU30, would a tall filler panel be required for between LUR26-1-30 and the wall for the LUR26 to open?
February 24, 2018 at 10:19 pmHi, you would not need a filler panel to go between the unit, the doors will not be obstructed from opening in any way in regards to being placed next to one another.
