A question that we are commonly asked is ‘what do we mean by dry assembled’?

Dry assembled means that the unit will be delivered to you, fully built with any necessary shelves and holes required to adjust them, already in place.

The only difference to a dry assembled unit is that there is no glue in the dowel holes. This makes it possible for your kitchen fitter to deconstruct the unit into it’s component parts, and make modifications to work around obstacles such as boilers & pillars with in the kitchen.

Dry assembled units are easily identified within your delivery, as they are wrapped in dry assembled tape. With regards to dry assembled units, we can supply a maximum of 3 dry assembled units per order.

How to request a dry assembled unit

To request that a unit be delivered dry assembled, add a note to the unit inside your website shopping cart.

You may also wish to request that some of our bulkier units, such as an l-shaped corner base unit be delivered dry assembled, so that the unit can be taken apart, and brought into your property, if there are no openings big enough to get the unit into your home in 1 piece.
