Can I pick up kitchen units from the factory?

Some people that live locally to us, do opt to pick up the kitchen on occasions as they have a big enough vehicle to be able to transport the kitchen to their properties.

If you want to order your kitchen from us and pick up the kitchen yourself then here is what you need to do.

• Order the kitchen as if it were to be delivered by us.

• Select the week commencing by date.

• In the information box at the checkout, type in that you are collecting your kitchen.

• When the order is processed, we will credit the delivery charge back to the order and not take payment for this element.

• Orders are collected on the Friday of your W/C date but you are advised to phone us first, a few days beforehand, to ensure that the order is ready. Because storage is limited, we make your kitchen as close to your collection date as possible.

With regards to checking your order for damages, you still get the 10 days to check your kitchen units and report any damages.
