Which pull out wirework mechanisms can I use with an inframe kitchen?

All the available inframe units with wireworks are shown on the kitchens units page when you select your chosen door style. Inframe kitchen units are built slightly differently so the range of wireworks available is slightly less than other non inframe kitchen designs. The aperture for the inframe doors are also smaller than for doors which aren’t inframe and the doors and units for built in appliances/mechanisms are made a little differently.

When you order an inframe unit with a wirework, you also get a combination kitchen door, basically the inframe bit of the kitchen unit but built into the kitchen door. This is needed so that the wirework can operate correctly. When all the units and doors are fitted, you would never be able to tell which is the combination door (See the images below taken from our showroom).

are you able to advise on what options there are for tall corner units in helmsley? there isn’t a lot available online, maybe as a combination door it (inframe effect) more could be achieved?

Yeah okay but I don’t have sufficient wall space for a tall larder unit and nor do I have any corners. I need convenient base unit storage. I see that the Norton range have pull out storage base units in a variety of sizes 300mm – 600mm wide. Isn’t it as simple as swapping the Norton door for a Helmsley appliance door? I’m hoping that your answer is yes and that you can tell me how to do that in my shopping cart! My fingers are crossed!

Hi, a variety of wireworks are available for inframe kitchens, although not shown on the site. If you give the sales team a call on 01977 608 418 then they will be able to tell you which wireworks are available in your chosen door style.

Are you able to explain the difference between the Milton and Harewood in-frame kitchens please?

The V groove on the door joints of the Harewood are slightly wider than Milton. Milton is an imported door made by Second Nature. The Harewood door is our own product and as such, costs less than the Milton. Our Harewood door has a five year guarantee, compared to one year on the Milton. Other than that there is no other obvious differences.
