How it works
If the range you ordered qualifies for cashback, you will see the amount you will be able to claim in your basket, either on the website or planner.
Checkout as normal, paying the full amount.
If your kitchen is delivered by Sunday 6th September, you will be able to claim the cashback amount after delivery.
To claim cashback, you will need to go into your customer dashboard, locate the order and select ‘Claim Cashback’ in the dropdown options.
Your claim will be verified and if successful, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method within 7 days from the claim date.
You have until 1 December 2026 in order to make a claim.
Typical example
To see how much you could claim, please see the following example. Please note that cashback only applies to the value of units and doors on your order and does not include other items such as appliances, worktops, sink, tap, ranged accessories or other items not classed as units or doors.
If your total order value is £10,000 and the value of the units and doors is £8,000, you will be able to claim £800 (10% of £8,000)
What if I need to postpone the delivery date to after 6 September 2026?
Unfortunately, this promotion is dependent on the delivery date, therefore, even if you place your order with a delivery date before 6 September 2026 but then move this to a later date, the you will not qualify for cashback.
How to claim cashback
This is how to claim cashback, once your kitchen has been delivered.
- Login to your customer dashboard and go to VIEW ORDERS.
- This system will automatically identify if an order qualifies for cashback and, if so, this will be displayed in the order summary.
- To make a claim, click on ACTIONS and select CLAIM CASHBACK.
- Claims take 7 working days.
An order must have been placed between 8 – 31 July 2026, be delivered before 6 September 2026 and be a qualifying range to be eligible for cashback.
