Do I need a housing unit for a double oven?

Double Oven

Good question. Double ovens do need a housing to hold them but the housing comes in the form of tall units as these are required for these types of ovens. You do have a choice of the type of tall unit you choose though. Some units come with hinged doors above and below the ovens, others come with draws that pop out, ideal for pots and pans that need to be stored out of site to make the kitchen look less cluttered.

You can see a selection of double oven kitchen units here.

If you want two ovens but would prefer to have them side by side then this is possible too! You would need to get 2 medium/tall sized units like the ones found here, and shown on the left. This is a great alternative and is ideal if you have back problems or just want easier access to your ovens.
