When we receive your DIY Kitchen order, our team will carry out a product check to ensure the that the planner has included the correct amount of plinth, cornice, pelmet and panels based upon your kitchen plan. If we feel that you need to add, or remove any items, we will advise you of this and you can then amend your order and pay any additional amount required or receive a refund if items have been removed.
You will have 48 hours after you have placed your order in which to make amendments, however, please be aware that unlocking your plan to make changes could result in you losing your required week commencing delivery date. Please follow the on-screen instructions when making changes and remember to re-select your week commencing delivery date.
Please note that any outstanding balance will need to be paid before your kitchen will enter production. If there is an outstanding balance, a member of our team will contact you by email ahead of the final cut-off date.

Hi, I have ordered a Melbourne almond kitchen with mussel carcass. If I wanted to change the colour of the carcass and door colour to chalk, would this be possible to do before the time has run out to make changes? How do I go about doing this?
October 24, 2015 at 6:35 pmThanks
Hi, you would need to log into your order dashboard and the items would need to deleted and re-added in the required colour. There is no facility to just change the door colour but the carcase colours can just be edited online.
October 26, 2015 at 12:52 pmHow big are your delivery lorries. Live in a cul de sac and sometimes if can be difficult to get down due to cars parked
August 16, 2015 at 5:14 pmHi, they vary from vans to 26 tonne lorries, when you place your order it will ask you questions about access to your property, so these things can be factored in to your delivery.
August 17, 2015 at 9:04 amI am thinking of changing my kitchen which is an Alno kitchen installed about ten years ago. I noticed that your Franke sink tops do not appear to have tap hole pre-cut, do you pre-cut before delivery or would I have to arrange this. I have no kitchen installation experience.
thank you
October 27, 2013 at 2:17 pmHi, unfortunately we don’t pre-cut the tap holes for sinks. This is something your kitchen fitter would do on site when they know what type of taps are going to be fitted.
Cheers

October 28, 2013 at 9:11 amI am thinking of purchasing one of your kitchens ( possibly the Milton kitchen) and wondered if you do units to “build in” an American fridge/freezer? Also I would like to know if you have a larder in any of your ranges?
Many thanks
Clare Hollick
April 22, 2013 at 7:45 pmHi Clare, due to the size of American Fridges and the need to be able to access the fronts of them for water and ice etc, we don’t have any kitchen units for American fridges.
Larder units however are available in a wide range of styles. You can go to the page below, click a unit you like the look of, click on the change door button and choose the style that you need to match your kitchen design. Milton is located under the In-Frame tab on the style and colour selector page.

I hope this helps you.
Cheers
